Do you ship internationally?

Our main shipping destinations include the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and Singapore.

Please note that remote areas may incur additional shipping fees.

If you’re located outside of these countries, shipping costs may be slightly higher and will be calculated at checkout.

If you find that your address isn’t available for delivery, please contact our customer service, and we’ll do our best to make sure your order reaches you.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days after payment is received.

How long does it take to get my order?

Delivery time depends on your location. For standard shipping, orders usually arrive within 7–21 business days after shipment. Please note that delivery may take longer during peak seasons or under special circumstances, with possible delays of 3–5 business days. We always do our best to ensure timely delivery.

How can i change the shipping address?

There is a very limited time in which you can change the shipping address. If your order hasn't shipped yet, please contact our customer service team with the order number to change the shipping address. We're sorry that the shipping address can't be changed if the order is shipped.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact our customer service team via email or WhatsApp as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you in canceling your order. However, once standard products have been shipped or customized products have entered the production process, we will no longer be able to cancel the order. Therefore, we strongly advise you to double-check your order details before placing it to avoid any mistakes.

Orders above $79 USD, get free shipping! For orders under $79 USD, our economy shipping is a flat $8.90 USD. Remote area may cost more. International economy flat is $12.90 USD.

How do I track my order?

What happens if my package gets lost?

We cover 100% of the loss!

If your package gets lost or stolen during transit, simply contact our customer support. We'll reship your order within 3–5 days after confirming.

What crystals are used in your jewelry?

Every piece is made with AAA-grade natural crystals, carefully selected for their clarity and energy.

We never use synthetic, dyed, or resin-treated stones.

Are all the crystals unique?

Yes. Because each crystal is formed naturally, slight variations in color, texture, and inclusions are completely normal. That’s what makes every piece one of a kind.

Do you offer custom sizing or personalization?

Yes! We offer custom sizes upon request.
If your wrist or neck size differs from our standard size by more than 2 cm, simply leave a note at checkout or contact us before placing your order.

Do I need to open an account in order to pay my order?

No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and checkout as a guest everytime.

However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you checkout at the shopping cart page.

How do I pay for my orders?

I have a discount code, how can I use it?

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgment e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified.
